Rex Draughn CPA, CIA, CMA, CFM
Rex Draughn is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS degree in Accounting, a BS degree in Marketing, and a MS degree in Economic Development. He also holds other professional designations such as Certified Internal Auditor, Certified in Management Accounting, and Certified Financial Manager. He has been a practicing accountant for over seven years in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Rex is an expert in State and Local Tax and has consulting with Fortune 1000 as well as small, entrepreneurial companies in such matters.

He has broad experience over the past fifteen years in small business development based on his background in community economic development and entrepreneurial ventures. Rex's diverse background, multi-disciplined certifications and uncommon ability to listen and understand what is really the obstacle, provides his clients the opportunity to tap into his experience, overcome barriers, adopt transforming strategies while effectively and efficiently achieving more of what they value sooner. Robert Schmidt CPA, CIA
Robert Schmidt is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds the professional designation of Certified Internal Auditor. He has been a practicing accountant for over sixteen years in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Robert is an expert in Accounting Controllership and has consulted with several oil and gas firms in Texas as well as other high tech companies across the United States. Additionally, as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, he has consulted with a myriad of small, entrepreneurial companies in such matters as formation, day to day operations, tax, and, process improvement.

Robert has refined his controllership skills over the past fifteen years with exposure to many small and mid-size business ventures, as well as a few Large businesses ($5 Billion + in value). His background has focused in oil and gas accounting and high tech manufacturing. Given Robert's diverse background in multiple industries and in multiple disciplines, he has refined his ability to listen and understand what his clients' really experience on a day to day basis, and develop methods to remove the obstacles which stand in the way of his clients' success.
